The Example of open class are noun, verb, adj and adv
Closed class has ambiguous meaning and new examples are rarely added (but not impossible to add)
Example of that are prepositions, conjunction, articles and pronouns

right ? Change the meaning, it means derivational morphemes make a new word
Ballons and ballon are same meaning right ? But why plus *s
Because it means the ballon not only one ballon, it only make new form of a word, follow the rule of the language. Another example mouse it means only one mouse, if more than one, it be mice, why mice ? Because of the rule of language.
